1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is significantly different from the description provided on our website.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
  • Special-order or customized products.
  • Products returned without prior approval.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Include photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping the item back.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged shipment), we may cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds
